Muggsy Bogues Celebrity Golf Classic Set For Sept. 26 At The Club At Longview


MBFF to host annual fundraising event to support at-risk youth and families in Charlotte

The Muggsy Bogues Family Foundation will host the fourth annual Muggsy Bogues Celebrity Golf Classic on Monday, Sept. 26, 2022, at The Club at Longview in Weddington, NC. Funds raised from this first-rate event will directly support MBFF and its mission to assist at-risk youth and families in the Charlotte community. The event begins with a putting tournament at 10 a.m. followed by a four-player scramble shotgun start at 11 a.m.

“We are excited to be back for our fourth annual Muggsy Bogues Celebrity Golf Classic, this year at the beautiful Club at Longview,” Muggsy Bogues, Founder of MBFF said. “This marquee fundraiser is pivotal to the success of the Muggsy Bogues Family Foundation and its continued mission of helping at-risk youth and families beat the odds stacked against them through education, food insecurity and job training.”

Registration fees include a caddie, green fees, contests, cart, swag bags, breakfast, lunch and drinks and awards for the first, second and third place teams. This year the tournament also has an option to participate virtually as a way of supporting MBFF from anywhere.
